There are several ways you can hack ( to any extent it's spying ) whatsapp those all need to have the victim mobile for some time.

To hack the victim mobile without touching it, you must have to convince the victim anyhow -

Just follow the steps below :

1.Firstly, you have to forward a call of your victim's number to your number, ( use call forwarding         feature which all the ISP's provide ) .

 
2.Now send *21*Your_mobile_no.# to your victim.

3.By anyhow, you have to make victim dail this code on their mobile, you have to somehow convince     them to do that, just trick them, be brilliant at the moment.

4.Now login into whatsapp by using victim's number and wait for OTP verification.(Better do it when     he/she is in sleep) .

5.After one minute you are given an option to call to get OTP choose it. Click on call now.

6.As you diverted all the calls of victim to your device whatsapp call of OTP is received to you.

7.Now take call and listen for the OTP and login to victim's whatsapp account.

Later, if you want, you can remove the call divert from the victim's number. If your victim is a little-bit smart, then he will get up in the morning and know that you or someone has hacked his WhatsApp account, so whatever you have to do, you have to do it at night.
